Indigo (born Alyssa Ashley Nichols on June 25, 1984) is an American television and voice actress, best known for her role as Vaneeta on the Showtime series Weeds. She has been billed by her birth name, but for the majority of her career has been credited as Indigo.

Indigo was born in Los Angeles, CA. and grew up in the West Los Angeles city known as Culver City. She attended both Los Angeles High School and the Los Angeles County High School for the Arts before taking the California High School Proficiency Exam her junior year and receiving her diploma.
Indigo's first major television role was at the age of 11 when she played Julie on the American sitcom Minor Adjustments. Her second recurring role was on the Lifetime series Any Day Now, playing the role of April Gregory. A string of television guest appearances followed on programs such as Crossing Jordan, Chicago Hope, Judging Amy and N.Y.P.D. Blue. In 2002, she was cast as Cheyenne Webb on the drama Boston Public, a role that lasted for six episodes.
This was followed by her role as a Potential Slayer called Rona in 8 episodes of the final season of the program Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Several more guest star roles on shows such as Cold Case, Family Guy and CSI: Crime Scene Investigation followed.
Indigo was a regular character for the first three seasons of the award-winning comedy series Weeds as Vaneeta, Heylia James' daughter.
She was co-nominated with her Weeds castmates for the 2007 Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series.
